Here’s some photos of the 50th birthday party I catered last Saturday!
1. Cajun Pasta… andouille, chicken, shrimp
2. Dirty Rice
3. Red Beans
4. Rice
5. Gumbo… andouille and chicken

Pictures are a little fuzzy. I didn’t take them but thankful the customer took some for me and they were very pleased with the food.
So blessed to have repeat customers.

We’re trying hard to have the heart to cater again. It was really hard today to find our way without Merle. He and I worked just like clockwork together. But today Colton showed off his skills he was taught by his dad, for a rehearsal dinner. I know Merle is so proud of him and we actually got several compliments. Thank you Dustin and Delanee for all your help. It turned out great!

Trying out something for a menu! Still not sure what to call them but they’re really yummy!
Skewered chicken thighs wrapped in bacon… then smothered in bbq sauce and some in a buffalo blue cheese sauce! So amazingly delicious 🤤
Menu for dinner was… Skewered chicken,
Grilled corn, sautéed veggies, beans and rice, salad… a little something for everyone!
