New menu for the weekend at Picasso Moon! From the ice cold waters of Scotland swims the beautiful Scottish Salmon making a long awaited return voyage to Picasso Moon! This time with fall flavors including a velvet sweet potato coulis, ch*****ne poached pear chutney and a brown butter sage couscous.

Elegant black truffles compliment a cavatappi pasta with tender grilled chicken in a luscious parmesan cream sauce, and for dessert, Masala Chai creme brulee and salted carmel Valhrona chocolate mousse finish a flavor packed Fall menu for the weekend.

New menu for the weekend at Picasso Moon! Florida Grouper has the spotlight with a lobster vin blanc resting comfortably on a bed of forbidden Japanese black rice, and Picasso's got another date night wrapped in bacon and filled with roasted pistachios and honey citrus chevre. Two new desserts hit the menu this weekend - a creme brulee with Bauchant (honey orange liqueur) and a hazelnut chocolate mousse featuring Valrhona chocolate and a hazelnut creme chantilly. Soup season is upon us and here's a taste of what's in the kettle this weekend: Thai carrot bisque with pistachio chili crisp, a butternut squash bisque and the most requested soup I've ever made - fire roasted bell pepper mango! New menu for the weekend at Picasso Moon! It's been a while since I featured scallops on the menu, and these will not disappoint! There are big scallops, even bigger scallops and then there are these beauties - U10 dry pack scallops, meaning under 10 per pound. They can be enjoyed for dinner with a lemon beurre blanc over mascarpone polenta, or used as a flotation device if needed. Sea Bass is back with a Thai curry sauce over forbidden black rice and save room for the debut of a brand new dessert creation - Saint Germaine mousse! An exotic botanical liqueur with the essence of elderflower, a kiss of hibiscus, and finished with a coconut citrus creme chantilly.
