Come see us and all the vendors today at Emmaus Community Park for the Emmaus Police Department NNO Event from Noon until 5 PM. It’s a beautiful autumn day to get out and enjoy the community!
Stop by and visit us along with all of the other vendors. There will be plenty of activities, food trucks, community organizations, and much, much more!

Our thoughts and condolences are with the families, loved ones and friends of both decedents during this difficult time. We also recognize the impact that these tragic deaths have on our community and we extend our deepest sympathy to all those affected.

Construction Update on the CT Suite!

As with many construction projects, we have experienced a few minor delays, unexpected issues and some necessary adjustments along the way. While these items have pushed our original timeline back, work continues and the completed project nears!

We know many of you are excited to see the completed space, and so are we. This project is an important investment in the future of the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center and will enhance the services we are able to provide.

We're also very fortunate that this project is being supported through grant funding, allowing us to make this important investment without using Lehigh County tax dollars.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as the final pieces come together. We look forward to sharing more updates—and the finished CT Suite—with you soon!

It's time to say goodbye and a small luncheon is the best way to do it! Alexandra C., our Bereavement Coordinator, is winding down her final shifts and more than two years of dedicated service to the people of Lehigh County as she prepares to head abroad for school.

During her time with the LCCO&FC, Alexandra has gone above and beyond for countless families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Her compassion, dedication and willingness to help others have made a lasting impact on the families we serve and on all of us who have had the privilege of working along side her.

Alexandra is leaving behind much more than coworkers-she is leaving behind a work family that loves her, will miss her and will always welcome her back with open arms.

Best of luck in this exciting new chapter, Alex! we are incredibly proud of you and with you nothing but success and happiness!

September is Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month- a time to remember those we have lost, support the families and friends who continue to carry their memory, and remind anyone why may be struggling that help is available.

Tonight, the Lehigh County Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution recognizing Su***de Prevention and Awareness Month in Lehigh County. The resolution was provided by Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio as part of the Coroner’s Office’s continued commitment to su***de awareness, prevention, education, and support for families affected by these tragic losses.

We are grateful to the Commissioners for helping bring attention to su***de prevention, mental health awareness, compassion and the importance of reaching out to one another.

May this resolution also serve as a reminder: you matter, your life has value, and asking for help is a sign of strength.

That number represents the number of su***de deaths in Lehigh County so far in 2026.

Each number represents a person- a family member, friend, coworker, neighbor and someone whose loss is deeply felt by those left behind.

The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center joins communities across the country in recognizing September as Su***de Awareness & Prevention Month.

Later this month, the Lehigh County Board of Commissioners will approve a resolution officially recognizing September 2026 as Su***de Awareness & Prevention Month in Lehigh County.

Su***de affects individuals, families, friends, coworkers, first responders, and entire communities. This month is an opportunity to raise awareness, reduce stigma, encourage meaningful conversations, and remind those who may be struggling that help is available.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of su***de, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Together, we can continue working toward a community where people feel supported, heard, and encouraged to seek help when they need it.

SAVE THE DATE- The LCCO&FC is hosting it's 4th Annual Flu Shot Clinic!

📍 Lehigh County Coroner’s Office & Forensic Center

Join us for an afternoon focused on keeping our community healthy and prepared for the flu season. Along with flu shots, we'll have tours of the LCCO&FC, hot dogs, snacks, refreshments, merch, and more!

This has become one of our favorite annual community events, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back for our 4th year! Last year, more than 150 people stopped by, and we hope to see even more of our community this year!

Don't want a vaccine? No problem! Come for some food, a tour and meet the LCCO&FC staff!
