SERPICO’S PIZZA

It is with great sorrow that we announce the ceasing of operation of Serpico’s pizza in Allenhurst. Opened by Charles Clarke and Anthony Serpico as the first business back after the fire on Christmas day some years before. Since then we had a wonderful cast of characters come through the door ( one even drove in) as customers and others as employees. There was always a lively conversation going on with a slant that you could only find in a pizza place or barber shop but seldomly a topic at the local Mensa meeting. We have enjoyed being there for all the first day of school, Halloween, returning college students on Thanksgiving break, Graduations and our younger customers coming in with their children years later. We have had a wonderful time serving you and we hope that you will think back on your interactions with us as fondly as we remember serving you.
