Just in time for summer! Cheers!

We are over the moon excited to announce our liquor license has been approved, and our first lineup of canned drinks has hit our shelves!

We have lots up our sleeves, so stay tuned as we roll out our full wine, bubbly, and cocktail menus, but until then, a burger and a beer sounds pretty good for us!

You loved it last year, and we truly haven’t stopped hearing about it since, so welcome back the Banana Bread Matcha Latte. Made with cinnamon, brown sugar, and creamy banana oat milk, it is here for another round of spring sipping. (And trust us, we are enjoying its return as much as you are!!! Made with oat milk only:))

And pair it with our Pesto Pasta Salad. We toss rotini pasta in garlic parmesan pesto sauce and mix in sun-dried tomatoes, bacon crumble, and shaved parmesan. Grilled chicken on top is extra yum!!

Great news: Your spring just got a lil’ sweeter and a whole lot tastier!

Our top selling spring drink is a carrot cake… but in a latte! Our house made toasted brown sugar syrup has been carrot infused for this latte that gets topped with a sweet cream topping made using our maple cinnamon cream cheese!

And meet its perfect match: the Benny Bagel. Made with freshly shaved and seared ham, a house made egg patty, sliced tomato, and provolone, all topped with a classic hollandaise sauce on your choice of bagel.

Both are only available for a limited time at the Borough. Don’t miss out on your chance to give them a try!
