I regret to inform all the Bandido Fit Family that earlier in the week my family home was hit with Covid. It is my ultimate responsibility to keep you all on track with both your health and fitness goals, and for this reason I will have to skip this week from supplying any meal preps. This also goes for any Super Bowl Briskets.

On a good note though, it seems we are all over the hump as far as symptoms go and everyone is beginning to feel better!
