The road is almost back open in front of Bub's Pie Shop. The reopening for lunch service has changed to Tuesday, October 6th to coincide with the project completion.
In 2017 I purchased this little commercial property with the hopes of continuing the 100 year tradition of hosting a restaurant at this geographical location. I took on the task of renovating the place & unearthed many layers of history in the process. This is a photo with my niece from that time. She's now starting college. Time flies. Thank you for your patience in this matter. BUB

The street improvements are looking great. I plan to open Tuesday October 6th. Thanks for your patience. It was great having this break. I completed a lot of projects I had neglected.

Summers End is the most beautiful of blooms. Bub's Pie Shop is working on maintenance & repairs, etcetera... whilst the road & sidewalk get renewed on Thorington Street. On September 15th we will open for Lunch again with more energy. HOPE 2 SEE U THEN

JUST A HEADS UP: Bub's Pie Shop is open this week & next week for our regular lunch. Then we will be closed for 3 weeks straight whilst the road & sidewalk in front of the shop are under construction. We will open back up for Lunch on Tuesday September 15th.
