Salad/Cold Prep - this position is in the kitchen. Responsible for making all salads, desserts, and other items on that station. Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work with all departments is a must. Must be at least 16 years old. This is a great position for someone in school, someone looking for a career in food service, or someone who is retired and looking for something to do. Will train. Must be available evenings and weekends.
Bartender - must be at least 18 and RAMP certified or able to become RAMP certified within the first month of hire. Looking for someone Thursday and Friday evenings to start - more hours available if interested. Must have an understanding of bar operations, but willing to train the right person. The right fit would be someone who has the gift of gab, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work with all departments.
Expeditor - this position is in the kitchen. Responsible for creating efficiencies between the kitchen and front of house. Must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively. This position is not for the faint of heart or the shy. An outgoing personality is beneficial. Must be available evenings and weekends. Must be at least 16. Will train the right person.
