We love bread, and our housemade rosemary focaccia has been an important part of the Stracci Pizza menu from the very beginning.

But you know what makes bread even better? Tasty things to dip it in.

We’re taking our focaccia service up a notch with three accompaniments: honey-whipped ricotta, excellent Sicilian olive oil, and housemade mortadella mousse.

THIS WEEK'S SPECIAL PIE | THE SQUASH & PANCETTA

Inspired by the flavors of fall, this week's special pizza combines roasted butternut squash and Smoking Goose pancetta with cipollini onions for a perfect blend of sweet and savory. Toasted pumpkin seeds add a nuttiness and crunch, and a sprinkle of Controne pepper finishes the pizza with a subtle heat.

THIS WEEK'S SPECIAL | THE BIQUINHO PEPPER PIE

Chef Thomas Cardarelli was inspired by a new pepper that just came into the Stracci Pizza kitchen: Biquinho peppers, a small, teardrop-shaped chili with a distinctly sweet, fruity, citrusy flavor and almost no heat.

He’s featuring them on this week’s special pie, adding rich, slightly spicy Calabrian pancetta to complement their bright acidity and natural sweetness.

We are thrilled to announce that our new bar is finally done! Well, almost.

We're still putting the finishing touches on the space but can't wait any longer to toast the occasion, so we'll be celebrating all week long with drink specials and a rotating selection of tasty snacks at the bar.

Expect some improvements as the weeks go on, but after more setbacks than we'd like to count and more time than we'd like to admit, our construction project is finally finished, and that is reason to celebrate. 🍾🥂🍷
