Dear Friends,

We have come to the decision to close our doors this Sunday February 5th. We are so appreciative for the relationships and moments we have shared with our community over the last 5 years.

Our family is our top priority and a change is necessary in order to create a more balanced life for us.

One thing we learned is that nothing is possible without one another. Learning how to work together, accepting situations and others as they are and working towards a common goal is what community means to us.

One thing i always keep on hand…lacto fermented syrups.

Something showed me was hickory syrup. And it just like it sounds, perfect balance of Smokey and sweet but not too sweet, which is key.

Just so happens just outside of McDowell,Va makes amazing hickory, black walnut, cider, and maple syrups.

Combined with the holy basil from is ⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s super simple you should definitely go get your favorite herb, syrup, RO water and good sea salt.

Recipe :
100% syrup
100% RO water
5% picked herbs
2.5% sea salt

Mix, put in mason jar/air lock system and taste every day, usually takes a week depending on temperature.

Don’t skimp on water and salt quality, more important than you might think

Hello Magnificent Beings!

NYE is here and this year to keep everyone safe we are offering our 4 course menu to go!

Pick up is Friday 12/31 4-6pm!

We’ve got plenty of natural bubbles from and this ‘On The Moon’ is one of our favorites!

We’ve got sparking reds, whites and a few bottles of Prosecco left!

Unfortunately, we’ve had to close our inside seating again so we are currently taking orders through our walk up window.
