Oat. Chocolate chip. Shortbread that snaps the way it's supposed to. All under glass at the front counter, all sitting there waiting for the right cup to come along.

That's where Tea Happy Hour comes in. Mon–Thu, 4:30–6:30. Free samples, half-off loose leaf, and a quiet stretch of the afternoon to figure out which tea makes the shortbread taste even better. (It's the Earl Grey, but find your own answer).

August is flying by… and so are our specials. 🌴✨

🥥 Coconut Crème Latte Float – velvety espresso, coconut milk, a scoop of coconut ice cream + toasted flakes. Pure tropical luxury.
🥭 Mango Passion Fruit Tea – bright, juicy, topped with sweet foam + crumb cake crumble. Sunshine in a glass.
🍵🥭 Mango Matcha Coconut – iced matcha latte swirled with mango + coconut milk, crowned with mango chunks. Back by demand.
🍓🌿 Strawberry Ginger Tea – strawberry hibiscus, house ginger syrup, a splash of cherry + fresh strawberry pieces. Sweet with a little bite.
🍋❄️ Lemonade Slushy – fresh-squeezed + icy-cold with your choice of strawberry, mango, cherry, or raspberry. Kids love it, adults sneak sips too.
