Hey folks, due to the current construction on our roof and the roofs of other buildings in our shopping center, as well as a few other factors, we will be postponing the Hot Sauce and Pickle Fest. We'll take some time on Monday to determine a better date and time to hold it.

That said, our food trailer should be on it's way up to Alexandria next week, so stay tuned, soon you'll be seeing Chalkboard out and about in the community a lot more often!

Chalkboard is now onto our fall hours with the NFL season beginning. Today we will open at 3pm and be open until the end of the Monday Night game. We will stay open until the end of any NFL game so long as we have at least a few people here watching the game. As an added bonus, tonight we will be testing out FOOTBALL BINGO! Come in and join us to learn more about our newest way to win free food :-)

🎤 REFRAIN KARAOKE TONIGHT 🎶

Common tracks, uncommon community. Shed the noise. Find the rhythm. Repeat the good stuff.

Join The Kingstowne Communion and our host DJ Q TONIGHT, Friday, August 16 for Refrain Karaoke — a monthly night of karaoke & connection at Chalkboard Wings & BBQ, 8pm–close.

✨ No pressure, no pros required.
Whether you’re a shower-singer, a stage-stealer, or just here for the wings and vibes, there’s a spot for you.

🙌 All are welcome — karaoke lovers and curious neighbors alike! Come sing what everyone knows, and maybe discover the life refrain you didn’t know you needed.

💙 20% of proceeds support the service & justice projects and partnerships of The Kingstowne Communion. Your songs and snacks help fuel real work in our community.

Come for the music. Stay for the community. Leave humming something good. 🎶

Quick update! Our supplier sent the wrong beef, so we won’t be doing hanger steaks, but don’t worry! We ran to Restaurant Depot and now Jason is spinning up NY strip steaks. They’ll still be served with the potatoes au gratin and your choice of veggies. All for only $35! Everything will be ready by 5pm and served until it’s all gone!
