Burnout Pit BBQ is getting ready to fire up the smoker for this season. We will be serving pulled pork sandwiches at Elisa's Eatery and Cold Cuts Emporium very soon. We hope to bring back the Brisket and Baby Back Ribs at some point as well.

I am smoking pork butts and brisket this weekend. I still have two more briskets available if anyone is interested in having one for this Memorial day weekend. If you want one let me know by Saturday afternoon and your brisket or pork butt will be ready by Noon on Sunday.

Hello folks, I just want to remind everyone Memorial day is coming soon. I have a few orders for some pork butts and briskets already. If you are interested in getting some smoked pork, brisket, or ribs for the Memorial day weekend, let me know something soon, before I run out of space on the smoker for that weekend. I am taking orders for the 4th of July week as well, book early to ensure I can get you what you want for that week. Thanks everyone for your continued support and business.

Just put a case of pork butts on the smoker. I am cooking pulled pork for Alderson Little League concession stand. I hope you will support them by buying a BBQ sandwich and enjoy watching the kids play baseball.

We will have the trailer operating over the Alderson 4th of July celebration right here on the corner of Virginia Street and Maple Ave! If you want some bulk pork for you celebrations during this time please order it ahead of time so we can make sure we get everyone taken care of!
