If you enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in good food, and can work well with a team, we’d like to talk to you. Experience is helpful but not required for the right person—we can train someone who is motivated and reliable.

What we’re looking for:

* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work evenings and weekends
* Team-oriented attitude
* Kitchen experience preferred (but not required for salad position)

We will be closed tomorrow in observance of Memorial Day 🇺🇸.

Starting Tuesday, we’ll be open 6 days a week for the summer season — Monday through Saturday from 4 PM to 9 PM!

We’re excited to serve great food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all summer ☀️ long at Torch Lake 🌊🚤. Thank you for all the support, and we can’t wait to see everyone for the 2026 season!

We are also still hiring summer/seasonal kitchen staff. If you’re interested, please message us or stop in to fill out an application.
