THIS WEEKEND AT HOLLOW SPIRITS HEIGHTS 🍸🎨🔥

We’re dropping our BRAND NEW cocktail menu this Friday + Saturday from 5–10 PM — and we’re celebrating the only way we know how: with incredible drinks, amazing people, and unforgettable art.

SATURDAY NIGHT gets even bigger —

From 6–10 PM, Cloudface will be transforming the space with a special gallery show featuring his original paintings throughout Hollow Spirits Heights.

If you’ve had our Rum or Gin, you already know his work. Cloudface created the paintings featured on our labels, and his art has helped define the look, feel, and soul of Hollow Spirits from the very beginning. His style is woven into our identity, and we’re honored to finally showcase more of his work on our walls.

And we’ve got food covered all weekend:

Attention!! We finally got videos of the fence thieves. We are working with APD and need any information or videos. They came 4/30 between 10:19am and 12:01pm. It was 2 men driving a large black truck and trailer. Please DM us if you have dash cams or any videos of them at that time. We're ready to put this behind us but want some help catching these guys. We’re getting closer to opening the doors at Hollow Spirits Heights, and we couldn’t wait to share another preview of what’s coming.

These sneak peeks are our way of getting to know the neighborhood before we even open the doors. We’re excited to start meeting everyone in the Heights, sharing what we’re building, and bringing you along as Hollow Spirits Heights starts to come to life.

🔥 For this sneak peek we’re bringing the St. Paddy’s Day vibes — smoky pastrami, festive cocktails, and plenty of green to go around. Incredible BBQ will be served up by Mighty Mike’s Food Truck, so you can grab a plate, raise a glass, and celebrate with friends old and new.

We’re still a ways from open our doors in the Heights, but before we do… we want to celebrate with the neighborhood.

Join us for our very first Sneak Peek event and help us kick off the start of Hollow Spirits Heights. Come meet the team, connect with your neighbors, and get a taste of what we’re bringing to the community.

Big things are happening at Hollow Heights.

In our newest video, we’re welcoming back an old friend — Tristin Rogers. He’s joining the team to help shape the menu, bringing his creativity and a few of the old favorites people have been asking about.

With Tristin consulting and working alongside the crew, we’re building something special for this new space.

Great food. Craft cocktails. Familiar faces.

You could say… we’re getting the band back together.
