Our buddy Mighty Mike’s Meats is joining us Monday night for Wh**ky & Cigar Night — and if you’ve had Mike’s BBQ before, you already know.

There’s a reason he’s won Best of the City countless times.

Mike will be bringing out the smoker and serving:

And you’ll be able to load it up your way:

Start the evening with our Wh**ky Tasting & Class from 5:30–6:45 PM.
For $35, you’ll taste 4 different Hollow Spirits whiskies and learn a little more about what goes into making the wh**ky right here at our distillery.

Then we move outside.

CI**RS ON THE PATIO | 7–10 PM

We’re teaming up with Jac of Cigar Clowns for a cigar and wh**ky pairing built to complement each other.

Jac selected the Hear No Evil Cigar — an African Cameroon wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and filler. In the video, Jac breaks down the cigar and the notes you can expect while smoking it.

Then Frank gets into the wh**ky.

It’s officially been 40 days since our Grand Opening at Hollow Heights!

From the beginning, we wanted Hollow Heights to feel like a true neighborhood spot—a place where you can stop in after work, grab some food and a cocktail, catch a game, run into familiar faces, and always feel welcome.

And you all have made it exactly that.

Thank you to our neighbors, regulars, friends, and everyone who has walked through our doors over these first 40 days. The support you’ve shown us has been incredible, and it’s already been one fun and crazy ride!

Now that we’re getting the day-to-day settled in, it’s time to have some fun!

Keep your eyes out for special events, food & drink specials, watch parties, and plenty more coming your way.

We also want to give a special shoutout to Chef LP and Kicker! These two have been here day and night, putting in the work to get this place running smoothly. You two are killing it and continue to go above and beyond. We appreciate everything you do!

Happy Hour has officially arrived at Hollow Spirits Heights.

This is for our neighborhood—the teachers finishing up a long school day, first responders getting off shift, healthcare workers, service industry crews, tradespeople, office crews, retirees enjoying the good life, and everyone else who deserves a little time to unwind.

Come by 3–5 PM for Happy Hour, or if you’re getting off late, we’ve got you too with Reverse Happy Hour after 9 PM.

No big plans needed. Bring a coworker, meet up with a neighbor, grab a seat at the bar, and let us pour you something good.

After all, we’re your neighborhood distillery—cocktails are kind of our thing. 🍸🥃
