Casa Taco ABQ! 4411 Montaño Rd NW Suite B

Quick story- I got to Casa taco and they said they weren’t able to serve their puffy tacos because unfortunately their fryer was down. I heard these are really good and was hoping to try them, but I had no problem ordering an Al Pastor taco plate (no onions, no pineapple). I let the cashier know that I run a restaurant and have had to fix my own fryer many times, and to please let the cook know that I would be willing to take a look at theirs if needed. They humbly accepted my offer and after spending a few minutes with their fryer, I was able to get it up and running for them! They were thankful and snapped a pic with me. Felt lucky to be in the right place at the right time. Some aprons are just capes worn in the front 🦸‍♂️👨‍🍳

Service was great, and my tacos were bomb! I’ll try the puffy tacos next time. 🌮
