Behind every cup is a dream built from the ground up.

Pictured here is our owner and builder, Al Hernandez, standing in front of the fleet that helped turn a dream into reality.

But our story didn’t begin with coffee.

It began with a 12-year-old girl who loved baking.

When our daughter discovered her passion for making desserts, we built our very first trailer by hand in our own backyard. That little pink trailer became Sugar N Glitz—our family’s first business and the beginning of a journey we never could have imagined.

What started as a way to support one dream became the foundation for many more.

From building trailers in our backyard to serving communities across New Mexico, every challenge, every lesson, and every milestone has shaped Sueños Coffee Co. into what it is today.

But we’re not finished.

Our next chapter is already underway.

We’re expanding into coffee roasting, allowing us to source, roast, and serve coffee from bean to cup with the same commitment to quality we’ve always believed in.

We’re also building the Sueños Coffee Roastery & Training Lab—a place where aspiring coffee professionals, entrepreneurs, and coffee enthusiasts can learn from our journey. We look forward to sharing the knowledge we’ve gained over the years—from roasting and coffee education to building mobile coffee businesses and creating exceptional customer experiences.

This has never been just about serving coffee.

It’s about building dreams, creating opportunities, and helping others build something they’re proud of.

To everyone who has supported our family from the days of Sugar N Glitz to everything Sueños Coffee Co. is today—thank you.
