🎨 The finishing touches are going on!

Michael and his Albion College students have been back at work on the mural, adding all those little details that are really bringing it to life.

From the beginning, this mural was never about Trackside. It was about Albion.

Our town has a whole lot of history — the good, the bad, and everything in between — and this wall was meant to welcome people into our historic downtown and give our community something to be proud of.

And sitting right alongside the tracks, it's also a pretty great welcome to everyone passing through our little town by train. 🚂

We're incredibly appreciative of Michael and his students — both last year's class and this year's — for putting their time and talent into something that will remain a part of Albion long after they're gone.

Once it's completely finished, we'll share a closer look at all the little details. But even better, come down and see it for yourself. Take a picture in front of it. 📸

Trackside may no longer be here, but this mural will be — a little piece of the story we were fortunate enough to help start, and something these students can point to years from now and proudly say, "I helped make that."

We can't wait to see the finished wall. ❤️

WOW. You guys REALLY showed up for us this weekend. 🖤

Seriously, thank you. The love, support, hugs, stories and packed dining room meant more than we can say.

We’ll be here today packing, cleaning and moving everything out, and we still have some food left. We’d much rather feed you than see any of it go to waste.

So… help us finish it off. 😂

We’ll start taking orders at 11 AM with a limited menu.

Very limited seating will be available at the booths & bar, but today is definitely more of a grab it and go kind of day.

Once something is gone, it’s gone. We’re not restocking.

From here on out, when something is gone, it’s gone. That could be grinder bread, our house-ground sausage, a certain pizza topping, or any of the little things that make up your favorite meal. We’re using what we have and we’re not restocking.

Today is our last official day at Trackside. ❤️

We’re up, the grills are hot, breakfast is rolling, and we’d love to see you one more time.

Breakfast is on and we’re ready for you! Eggs, omelets, biscuits & gravy, hash browns, pancakes and all your Trackside breakfast favorites. 🍳🥞

And a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out yesterday. It was so good seeing so many familiar faces, hearing all the well wishes and getting a chance to visit with so many of you. We truly appreciate it. ❤️

We’ve still got TODAY & TOMORROW, so you’ve got time to come grab breakfast or get one more Trackside favorite!

Just remember, we’re running through inventory this weekend, so once something is gone... it’s gone. 👀

🚂 ONE LAST WEEKEND AT TRACKSIDE

Well, here we are.

This will officially be our last weekend at Trackside Eatery & Dry Pub, with Sunday being our final scheduled day.

So if there’s a Trackside favorite you’ve been meaning to get one more time… this is your chance. ❤️

Come grab your favorite burger, grinder, pizza, breakfast, wings, dessert — whatever your Trackside order is — while we still have it.

We’ll be working through the inventory we have, so some items may sell out as the weekend goes on.

There is a chance we may open for limited hours Monday if we still have enough stock remaining. We won’t know until Monday, so keep an eye on Facebook & Instagram for any updates.

It’s Thursday… come eat. 😂

No fancy sales pitch today. We’ve got breakfast all day, burgers, grinders, pizza, wings and all the usual suspects.

BUT… we do have a couple things happening later today 👀

🍴 Meatloaf will be making an appearance this evening.

🍰 And TWO new cheesecakes are headed to the dessert case. We’ll show those off when they’re finished because, well… they deserve their own post. 😏

Fresh grinder bread is baked and ready to go!

If you tried to get a grinder over the weekend and we were sold out, today is your redemption day. 😂 Grinders are officially BACK.

And since it IS Wednesday… you know what else is happening. 🍗
