What is a New York style pizza? This is a common question, so here is a brief explanation and a picture of a slice fresh out of the oven! It’s a thinner, folding crust with a lightly seasoned fresh tomato sauce, and fresh grated mozzarella cheese. The bottom of the pizza will be nice and caramelized to add a crisp/slightly chewy undercarriage to hold up to the toppings. Have you stopped by yet? How was it?
