Some things really do come full circle!!
If you grew up in Albany and remember the original TCBY, there’s a good chance you remember Sandy too!
Sandy started at TCBY in 1989 and spent the next 28 years pouring her heart into the store, her customers and this community. For her, TCBY was always more than frozen yogurt. It was a place where families came together, kids grew up and so many Albany memories were made.
And now, all these years later, we couldn’t be more excited to officially welcome Sandy back to TCBY as our Store Manager!
Since she’s been back, we’ve already had so many longtime customers walk through the doors and light up when they see her. After 28 years of loving and serving this community, I think that says just about everything.
Sandy has called Albany home for most of her life and raised her three sons here. She brings with her the same things she built the original TCBY around—great customer service, a clean and welcoming store, giving back to our community and making sure people leave happier than when they walked in.
We feel pretty lucky to have a little piece of TCBY Albany history back behind the counter!!
Welcome back home, Sandy!
💙🍦 And please tell us in the comments—who remembers Sandy and the original Albany TCBY?! We’d LOVE to hear your memories in the comments!
