We had the pleasure of chatting with these new parents this last weekend. Sydney and Tyler Barker stopped by and shared some photos of their little Beckham with us. The smiles and glow coming from these two as they told us about the strides their son was making, made us realize how lucky we are to live in this community. The generosity that comes from The Giving Well helps take a little bit of weight off the shoulders of these families. A special shout out to PDS, Oakmont Capital and Bellows Photography for their extra donations.

Time to meet another one of our “Coffee Grandma’s”. Phyllis’s blend is named after Dawn’s grandma who is truly adventurous. She likes her coffee strong and just like her, the blend is bold with hints of cherry, semi sweet chocolate and lemon zest. Happy 94th Phyllis!!

Our September Giving Well recipient is such an amazing woman, that once she found out that she was nominated, she already knew how she was going to turn around and give it back. Ryan Gaebel is a wife and mother of 4 battling breast cancer. After receiving a basket of items to help her through her treatment days, she knew she was meant to make her own baskets and do the same for other people. Stop in, get a coffee, visit The Giving Well, and let’s give to keep on giving.

July’s Giving Well was dedicated to the one we love…America! Happy 250th Birthday America!! Leroy Sand was kind enough to take time out of his busy day to accept our check on behalf of the Albany American Legion. We know they will put it towards one of the many things they do for our community. Thank you to all our Vets and thank you Oakmont Capital Services once again for your extra donation.
