TODAY’S BRUNCH SPECIAL — STEAK FRITES

Boneless Angus beef short rib, grilled to a perfect medium rare and sliced into thick medallions, served over one of the kings of classic French steak sauces — Sauce au Poivre.

We build ours from scratch with fresh shallots and garlic, Cognac, white wine, five different peppers, chicken and beef stock, cream, and butter. Rich, peppery, silky, and exactly what you want underneath a properly cooked steak.

The steak is finished with fresh chives and crispy fried garlic, adding a little freshness and crunch to every bite.

On the side, hand-cut French fries, brined and cooked twice for a crisp exterior and fluffy center.

Steak. Peppercorn sauce. Hand-cut fries.

Stuffed sweet potato and goat cheese bites!

Fresh sweet potatoes poached in butter, fresh garlic, rosemary and a little ginger. Then, stuffed with goat cheese and panko breaded. Finally, we fry until golden and perfectly crispy and finished with fresh cut chives and local honey.

Today’s specials at The Breadhouse are bringing some serious comfort food to the table!

-CHICAGO-STYLE BEEF SANDWICH-

Slow-roasted beef seasoned with savory spices, sliced thin, and dipped in the rich jus made from the drippings of the roast. Piled onto an Italian hoagie roll that gets a dip in the jus as well, then finished with our house-made giardiniera made with fresh peppers, garlic, celery, onion, and carrot.

Brunch special today!!!

Two wild caught, housemade jumbo lump crab cakes folded together with fresh bell pepper, garlic, onion, and lots of bright spices. We start by searing on the grill and finishing in the oven to create the perfect texture in every bite.

Then served over an arugula salad lightly tossed in salt, pepper and lemon. Finally we finish by topping with two fried eggs, our housemade hollandaise, smoked paprika and fresh cut chives.
