On the last weekend of each month, we transform our space for a one-night-only dining experience featuring themed menus, specialty cocktails, and unexpected collaborations: we call it The Last Light.
This month,
FRENCH RIVIERA
Southern French Cuisine with Willamette Valley Ingredients
Summer has arrived, and this month's Last Light is inspired by the sun-soaked flavors of France's Côte d'Azur, interpreted through the incredible ingredients of Oregon's Willamette Valley.
Southern French cooking has always embraced a simple philosophy: start with exceptional ingredients, treat them with care, and let the season speak for itself. Think ripe tomatoes, fragrant herbs, crisp vegetables, good olive oil, and meals meant to be enjoyed slowly around the table.
This month's menu includes:
• Tomates en Tartare
Hand-cut tomatoes, fresh herbs, and crusty country bread
• Salade de Laitue au Beurre
Tender butter lettuce, toasted Oregon hazelnuts & apricot vinaigrette
• Poulet Provençal
Herb-roasted chicken with roasted potatoes & green beans
• Mousse au Chocolat
Classic dark chocolate mousse
As always, your ticket includes a thoughtfully prepared four-course dinner and kitchen gratuity. A selection of Riviera-inspired cocktails, French wines, and other beverages will be available throughout the evening.
