🌺 A quick update for our Ohana...
Due to staffing challenges, our Barn location will open at 4:00 PM on Tuesday (7/28) and Wednesday (7/29).

Charlis location will be open as normal from 1130am-2pm/4pm-8pm

We know this may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through a couple of scheduling hurdles. Taking care of both our team and our guests is important to us, and these adjusted hours will help us continue serving the quality food and aloha you expect.

We are sending another one of our keikis off to follow her dreams and start the next chapter!

Today is Lauren's last day with us 🥹 She started with us as a junior in high school and has since graduated, played two years of volleyball at LBCC and is now headed to continue her pursuit of becoming a firefighter.

One things we didnt anticipate when we opened our trucks is how much our staff would also become like ohana. One of the blessing we receive in hiring our younger staff members is watching them grow and mature in to amazing, capable and successful young adults. We are so grateful to share in their development.

Lauren you are a Rockstar and we wish you all the best in all that comes next. It has been a privilege to watch tou grow in to the incredible young woman you are! You will always be part of da ohana 🤙🏽 much aloha🤟🏼

Just a quick heads-up for tomorrow - Saturday, July 11th:

📍 Ohana Kitchen at Charli's will be opening at 2:00 PM instead of our usual lunch hours. The good news? We'll be serving until 9:00 PM so you can grab your favorite Hawaiian plate lunch while enjoying the live music in the evening! 🎶🌴

🍍 Ohana Kitchen at The Barn will be open regular hours from 11:30 AM until last call, so if you're craving lunch, we've got you covered there!

Happy 4th of July from our Ohana to yours!

We'll be closed on July 4th so our team can spend the day celebrating freedom, family, and the many blessings we enjoy with the people we love most.

This week is bittersweet for our Ohana.

We are saying aloha to two very special people as they are stepping away to pursue their goals and dreams.

Today is Adam's last day. He has been part of the Ohana Kitchen family for the past 3 years. Through countless busy shifts, long days, and memorable moments, he has been a dependable, hardworking, and genuinely great person to have on our team. His dedication and positive attitude have left a lasting impact on both our staff and our customers.

Maddie, our first born granddaughter and niece, has been with us since the very beginning. Her last day is this Friday and it will be a hard loss for us! She has helped build Ohana Kitchen into what it is today and has been an important part of our journey from day one. Her hard work, commitment, and heart have helped shape the culture and success of our business in ways that can never be fully measured.

What makes this goodbye especially difficult is that we've had the privilege of watching both of them grow up into the amazing humans they are today. We've watched them learn, grow, overcome challenges, and step confidently into the next season of their lives. Seeing the people they've become fills us with so much pride. We love you both so much ❤️

While we're sad to see them go, we couldn't be more excited for what's ahead. We are incredibly grateful for everything they've given to our Ohana and are proud to have been a part of their story.

Please join us in wishing Adam and Maddie all the success, happiness, and blessings as they embark on their next adventure together.

☀️ This absolutely made our day. ☀️

One of our amazing customers sent us this message today, and we couldn't keep it to ourselves.

With temperatures pushing 100°, our The Barn at Hickory Station crew has been working hard, moving fast, and pouring Aloha into every plate that leaves the kitchen. Days like today are busy, hot, and exhausting—but messages like this remind us why we do what we do.

To our team: You totally deserve this shout out! As usual, thank you for showing up, working hard, supporting each other, and serving our community with smiles even when the heat is relentless.

And to our customers: Thank you for your patience, kindness, and encouragement. Every kind word, every smile, and every message means more than you know.
