🍣 A Quick Update from Makitori 🍣

To keep Makitori at its best, we'll be taking a short break for a deep cleaning, routine maintenance, and to give our incredible team some well-earned time off.

We will be closed Tuesday, July 28 through Saturday, August 15.

Our Summer Menu Has Arrived

The Makitori Summer Chirashi Showcase is now available.

Built around seasonality, freshness, and a more focused culinary experience, this menu highlights premium seafood and many of our most popular flavor combinations in a new format.

Guests can enjoy a variety of composed chirashi bowls, including deconstructed versions of favorite Makitori rolls, alongside a selection of sashimi and seasonal offerings.

A New Season Begins Friday

As summer arrives, we're introducing a refined seasonal menu designed around freshness, simplicity, and the ingredients we love most.

Beginning Friday, Makitori will transition to a Summer Chirashi Showcase—a collection of thoughtfully composed bowls highlighting premium seafood, vibrant produce, and the flavors that define our menu.

Many of our guests' favorite rolls will remain available, reimagined as deconstructed chirashi bowls.

Over the next few days, we'll be sharing a closer look at what's ahead.
