Not dessert, but a recipe I had to share. 🫓🤎
🔖 Thinking about sharing recipes of all sorts that my family loves.

Butter Naan recipe (makes 8)
Ingredients
* 4 g instant yeast
* 120 ml warm water
* 15 g granulated sugar
* 30 g milk
* 27 g whisked egg (about half an egg),
* Pinch of salt
* 270 g all-purpose or bread flour
* 30 g unsalted butter or ghee, melted (2 tbsp)

For finishing
* 30 g unsalted butter or ghee, melted
* 1 garlic clove (for garlic butter naan)

Directions:
1. Bloom yeast: Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Cover and rest for 10 minutes until foamy.
2. Mix dough: Whisk milk and egg together. In a separate bowl, combine flour and a pinch of salt. Add yeast mixture, milk and egg, and melted butter. Mix until a soft dough forms. No kneading needed.
3. First rise: Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours, until doubled.
4. Divide: Cut dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into smooth balls. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.
5. Roll: Roll each ball into a thin round, about 3–4 mm thick.
6. Cook: Heat a lightly oiled skillet over high heat. Cook each naan for 1–1½ minutes until bubbles form and the underside develops golden spots. Flip and cook for another minute.
7. Finish: Brush with melted butter or ghee and serve warm.

Our take on the Swedish kladdkaka — a rich, fudgy chocolate cake that inspired our version of brownies. 🍫

Can’t wait to show you how we styled them into minis.
