Our first full season is in the books and what a wild ride 2026 turned out to be! We have a few major projects in the pipeline for the trailer this winter, and we'll share photos as we check them off our list. Seriously, a huge thank you so very much for helping us make our dream of serving bacon mac and cheese and gourmet melts out of a little black trailer in N.E. Ohio a reality. Without you there'd be no Cheezies. We'll see you at the window in April of 2027.

We are Open today, Sunday (10/11) 12-4pm at Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson, 1120 Main St Cuyahoga Falls Ohio.

Other vendors will be here as well, so bring the family and enjoy some weekend grub!

Now booking our 2027 season. We're putting together our 2027 schedule and looking for places to serve.

Run an office, brewery, apartment community, school, church, or event? We do staff lunches, bar nights, resident dinners, festivals, fundraisers, and private celebrations across Akron and Cuyahoga Falls. Employee-paid or prepaid.

A huge shout-out to our friend Kenny for coming over and helping us out today. The exhaust fan is fixed and we plan to be out Sunday October 4th @ Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson from 12-5pm

I accidentally clipped an awning earlier today and damaged our hood fan assembly. Thankfully there was no damage to the awning but the fan is not operational and needs an urgent care,stat. In all seriousness, we’re going to repair this tomorrow (Saturday Oct 3rd) and hopefully we’ll be out on Sunday. This means our tomorrow event with B**M and our lobster Mac WILL BE rescheduled.
