here’s what came off the truck this week.

a spanish goat’s milk cheese shaped like a mule’s leg. hand-rolled goat balls in garlic and parsley oil. a raw milk sheep’s cheddar that is very, very sheep. sage derby. honey bee goat. youngsters double cream gouda.

we don’t just sell cheese. we geek out about it.

Happy hour got a reimagining ✨

Constance is launching non-alcoholic happy hour on Thursdays and Fridays, and we think you’re going to love it.

Starting June 2, our extended summer hours run Thursday and Friday until 7pm. From 4-6, that means up to $5 off the Cheese Bar and our new “Snacks for Dinner” menu — seven things worth staying for. Our alcohol-free signature cocktails and wines are poured until we close at 7.

No drink, no problem. Just a really good reason to linger.

Extended Summer Hours starting June 2
Tue & Wed & Sat: 10-5
Thu & Fri: 10-7

Happy Hour: Thu & Fri 4-6
