Vaccaro’s Trattoria catered The Music, Friends and Doing Some Good Festival 2026, fresh Italian from a Bath kitchen that has been cooking for the same reason since 1956. Plates passed between friends, a day full of music, and a night that felt like one long table.

Polenta takes center stage for this month’s w**e dinner.

Join us Thursday, September 24 at 6:00PM for a five-course polenta dinner, with each course paired alongside an Italian w**e.

From Asiago polenta and wild mushrooms to seafood, short rib, and a lemon polenta dessert, the menu explores just how many directions this Italian staple can go.

Five courses. Five Italian w**es. One night built around polenta.
$85 per person.
