As we kick off a new month, we want to take a moment to say thank you.

Just two weeks in, and the welcome from the Portage Lakes community has been incredible. We’re grateful for your support, your feedback, and your patience as we continue to grow and learn.

Every day, we’re refining our processes, strengthening our team, and making adjustments to ensure we deliver the food, service, and experience you deserve—while keeping pace with the excitement and demand.

We’re proud to be part of this amazing community and can’t wait to share an unforgettable summer with all of you.

We are incredibly grateful for the excitement, support, and warm welcome from our community these past several days.

Last night, we became backed up later in the evening, resulting in longer wait times for some guests. As we continue refining operations and training our team, our focus remains on delivering the experience our guests deserve — great food, great service, and great views.

To better manage volume and ensure a smoother experience tonight, we will not be accepting online reservations this evening.
