We’ve never thrown a party like this before! Akron Honey and Porchlight Coffee are teaming up to throw a Cornbread Waffles & Honey Breakfast Pop-Up Party. This community-forward pop-up is a “pay what you can” model. In other words, although a suggested menu price will be available, guests can pay as little or as much as they want. This collab isn’t about money; it’s about taking care of people, and having a heart in the community.

The Menu:
Gluten Free Cornbread waffle topped with your choice of Akron Honey’s new Strawberry Honey or Amish maple syrup, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a side of berries.

The details:
This event is from 9-1 while supplies lasts! Our kitchen will only be open during those hours that day and our standard menu will not be served. Drinks will be available all day (7-4). Online ordering won’t be available— we want everyone to come inside and join the fun!

Have you tried our two new menu items yet?!

Lox Bagel - choice of bagel from , a house made dill caper cream cheese, smoked salmon, pickled red onions, and arugula. You’ll feel like you’re at a New York deli. Fuhgeddaboudit!🤌

French Toast Bake - custard soaked sourdough cubes, cinnamon and nutmeg, maple syrup, mixed berry compote, and a dusting of powdered sugar. It’s a cozy way start to your morning or perfect for an afternoon snack.

Don’t forget about live music on Valentine’s Day!

We met Larnie over the summer at the Hudson Farmers Market and loved hearing him swing some jazz, blues, and classics on his harmonica.

We’re so excited to have him perform on Saturday from 9-12. Come enjoy a romantic coffee date and listen to some of your favorites. If you’re cool, he may even let you play his baritone ukulele😎
