Many of you know that Billie's was named after Bill — a dad who left us far too soon. His love for family, good food and bringing people together inspires everything we do.

We’re stacking up a juicy burger made with locally raised ground beef from Johnson Homestead Medical Lake topped with strawberry balsamic sauce, feta, arugula and strawberries from Casa Cano Farms red onion, and roasted garlic mayo on a toasted bun — served with your choice of side.

Created by the incredibly talented Missy Kupka, 'Aviators' celebrates the many things that take flight around Airway Heights — from butterflies and bees to iconic aircraft often seen soaring overhead at Fairchild Air Force Base. Look closely and you’ll spot a Huey rescue helicopter, a KC-135 tanker, and even a historic B-29 bomber from World War II. ✈️🐝🦋

Over the past 70 years, the number of people living on farms has dropped from 40% to 2% — creating a growing disconnect between people and their food source. Billie’s was built to help bridge that gap by creating a space where the community can gather around locally sourced, scratch-made food while directly supporting Inland Northwest farmers and ranchers.

As a farmer-first American Diner, we source 75% of our ingredients from local farms because we believe stronger connections to our food create stronger communities.
