This past Friday, we had the pleasure of serving our Nshima Plate at the Zonta Club's Fashion Frenzy event. Adventurous food lovers seeking something new and different stopped by our stand to give it a try—and they were not disappointed!

Guests left raving about the bold, delicious flavors, eagerly spreading the word to their friends. Now, people are showing up telling us they’ve heard our food is a "must-try!"

Even with our simple two-item menu—Nshima Plate and Cassava Fries with our bold Shee-tō pepper paste—diners were more than pleased! Seeing their expressions of pure enjoyment truly warmed our hearts.

This Friday, February 7th at the Campus Center University of Hawaii, Hilo, we are honored to be one of the food presenters!
The Black History Month Kickoff event is free and open to the public! Come taste out Nshima Plate!
