☕ MEET YOUR COFFEE | BLUE RIDGE BLEND 🍂

Ever wonder what goes into one of our blends? A lot of you have inquired recently, so we wanted to share a little of what goes on behind the roast…

For nearly 10 years, TBC Head Roaster Joshua Copson has been working to bring two of his favorite coffees together—not just to make something delicious, but to turn two great coffees into something amazingly delicious.

We think he nailed it this year.

Meet our seasonal Blue Ridge Blend: Bali + Ethiopian coffees, slow-roasted to perfection by our TBC roasting team.

The Bali brings the rich, earthy sweetness characteristic of Indonesian coffee.
The Ethiopian brings a beautifully caramelized, candy-like fruitiness.

Together, they create a full-bodied, dark roast with earthy depth, natural sweetness and red-wine notes—and a cup that keeps calling you back.
And around here, Joshua has his own rating system:

1 cup = good coffee
2 cups = an excellent roast
3 cups = an exceptional cup
4 cups? Well…you tell us. 😉
This year’s Blue Ridge Blend is a 4-cup roast.
