Today marks the end of Mauricio’s Spring Quarter internship with Team LCQ. ✨

Over the past several months, Mauricio had the opportunity to spend time in multiple areas of the business, including sales, operations, and the culinary department, while also gaining valuable face time and mentorship from our owner and Executive Chef, Chef Jolie.

From assisting behind the scenes to joining one of our senior sales team members, Asael, on cold calls, we’re grateful to have had Mauricio as part of the team this season.

And of course, his favorite LCQ item: our Buttermilk Pecan Fried Chicken with honey chipotle glaze. 💜

Thank you for all your hard work this quarter, Mauricio. We’re proud of the progress you’ve made and are hoping he’ll join us again this summer to keep the momentum going.

Today marks José’s first anniversary with Team LCQ. ✨

One thing he shared with us that really stuck, for the first time in years, he genuinely enjoys waking up and coming to work each morning. And honestly, we’re just as grateful to have his consistency, hard work, and presence as part of the team every day.

Fun fact about José: give him fries, burgers, meat, and rice… and he’s happy. No vegetables, no seafood. 😂 Which made today’s Wendy’s gift card and hamburger cupcake very fitting.

One thing we love about Claire is the care she puts into everything she does. She brings talent, consistency, and great energy to our team, and we are truly grateful to have her as part of the LCQ family.
