Honduras holds a special place in our story.

Our family had the opportunity to live there for a time, and it's where our love for great coffee really took root. We came to understand not only what was in the cup, but also the people, the mountains, and the incredible care that goes into every harvest.

That's probably why Honduran coffee is still one of our favorites to roast... and drink.
