The past several months have brought some of the best life changes, and after much reflection, Peach State Baking will be taking a hiatus from April 1-August 6.

WHO SAID IT?: “I'm so glad we're having this rehearsal dinner. I rarely practice my meals before I eat them.” 🤣

This 3-tiered custom cookie cake made its way to a beautiful rehearsal dinner last week.

The best part about creating your own cookie cake is that it truly is a reflection of YOU! Consisting of layers of The OG (chocolate chip), White Cappuccino (white chocolate and espresso) and Angels’ Share (bourbon, vanilla, pecan) covered in a light marshmallow buttercream, this cookie cake was truly a one-of-a-kind creation dreamed up by a one-of-a-kind couple! 👩🏼‍🤝‍👨🏻

Have you ever heard of “Be/Do/Have”?

A concept offered up by Zig Ziglar, it boils down to you BEING the right person so that you DO the right things in order to HAVE what you want in your life.

I recently had the pleasure of serving a bride and groom who embodied this philosophy. With both of them originally from up north, lots of out-of-state guests came to celebrate their wedding in Georgia. To welcome all of these loved ones, they decided to add some cookies to their welcome gift bags: Freedom of Peach to give a nod to their new home of the Peach State 🍑, and Cult Cab to share one of the groom’s favorite flavors (red velvet) 😋

BEING genuinely thoughtful and intentional led them to DO something to make their loved ones feel special and welcomed which enabled them to HAVE the wedding weekend of their dreams.

Picture this: it’s a crisp Saturday in January, and you are unsure of how you want to spend the day.
