We told Chef Beaux to make this one rich.

Apparently we should’ve been more specific…

because he put edible GOLD in it.

Turns out our definition of “premium ice cream” and Beaux’s definition are very different.

We meant rich tasting, Beaux…

Introducing GOLD-PLATED FERRERO ROCHER. 🥇🍦

Chocolate hazelnut ice cream with a Nutella praline ribbon, milk chocolate-coated hazelnuts and crispy wafer crunch, finished with edible 24-KARAT GOLD flakes.

Is the gold necessary?

Absolutely not.

Did that stop Chef Beaux?

Also absolutely not.

Somewhere between Nutella, praline and actual gold, we lost control of the situation.

And Accounting has officially requested that the next time Beaux says, “Hear me out…” somebody take away the company credit card.
