I want to take a minute to apologize to everyone. I’m not great at social media. I’m not great at keeping everyone updated.
We have had an absolutely trying month or two. I blew up my oven (under warranty thank God.) Then I blew an electrical line where my mixer was. In the process it fried my mixer.
Electrician came, I need to rewire the whole house to handle the power needed. We bought an older house when we moved here. Needless to say it’s a very expensive cost to fix. With my wife and I being in public education for the district and having two young kids it’s been challenging. In fact, I got a raise this year but my pay went down because of benefits cost.
I’m trying to figure out how to tackle the almost $5000 cost estimate to correct things here. On the bright side my mixer was under warranty one day before it expired. And, they just shipped a new one to me.
So, I should be back at it this next week if I can get back into the market. If you need some bagels, just message me. I’ll do my best to accommodate.
