This one is bright and lemon-forward with a genuine tea character behind it, made with real tea and poured over ice.

You might remember the lighter tea tonic we made for our fourth anniversary (GraviTea). This time we pushed the tea character all the way to full strength and leaned hard into the lemon to balance it out.

What you get is crisp, light, and refreshing, firmly on the unsweet side of the tea aisle. Just a clean, citrusy pour built for a hot West Texas afternoon. Come enjoy one on the balcony with these cool 90° temps incoming! 🥶

🇮🇹Creativity is flowing all around the kitchen and our crew is stepping up to bat on Tuesdays now that Chef Rob has moved on. 🥖Owen’s last sandwich hit a home run so we’re throwing some more cold cuts your way, Italian style

This week’s special is a classic cold cut sandwich with Genoa, Capicola Salami and sliced Manchengo cheese on a French style roll. Dressed with a mild giardeniera and dukes mayo & served with our seasoned fries and GT sauce for dipping!

Congrats SteveTrudy Boley for correctly guessing DOLCITA as the hops we use in our flagship Hazy IPA b**r aka Scorpion Glow🦂! We started incorporating Dolcita (experimental name was HBC 1019) in the b**r as soon as we could get our hands on 1019 several years ago…well before it became widely available commercially and had an official name, and we’re still going strong. Grief goes down a little easier with the right b**r in your hand.
Black Tears is a pale, dry IPA loaded with real blackberries.

Bright and crisp underneath with gentle white w**e and citrus notes, then the blackberry rolls in ripe and tart over the top, staining the whole thing a deep, gorgeous purple. Elegant and easy, with a finish so dry it practically sparkles.

Fitting for the occasion, since we’ve got plenty to mourn at the End of Summer Party. This one’s worth mourning too: there isn’t much of it. Black Tears is an extremely limited release just for the party, and we expect it to RIP well before we close out the night.

We’ll be tapping it Saturday at 1:00 PM, right at the tail end of brunch. So wear your black, pour one out, and come raise a Black Tears with us. This one might just be worth crying over. 🥹 🍻

🥨OKTOBERFEST
Summer is ever so slowly creeping to a close and that tiny fraction of time in the evening when it isn’t 105 outside is getting bigger. Must be time to bring Oktoberfest b**r out 👀

🍺What it is: A traditional German Oktoberfest l***r. Rich, bready, and malty with a clean, crisp finish. No gimmicks, just a classic done right.

The More You Know 💫: Märzen means “March” in German. Before refrigeration, brewers made this b**r in March and l***red it in cool caves through the summer, then tapped it in the fall once the barrels were needed again. That autumn tradition became the official b**r of Oktoberfest.

🌾ELANI WHEAT
Happy Friday we decided to drop a fresh hoppy wheat to kick off the weekend! We dry hopped this American Wheat with a new American hop that was discovered just growing in the wild in Idaho - Elani (YQH-1320).

By adding the hops prior to fermentation we unlocked some really cool stone fruit flavors. This one drinks like a hazy with amazing flavor. Come grab one while it’s fresh!
