So happy to be a member of the Aberdeen Area Chamber of Commerce! We definitely enjoyed our visit with all of you!

Congratulations to 605 Scoops on their ribbon cutting!

They have spent the summer bringing sweet treats and smiles to our community, and we were excited to help celebrate their business with an official ribbon cutting.

Here is the scoop for the next couple of weeks.

Wednesday, October 7, we will be at private events at both Holgate Middle School and Twin City Fan.

This next weekend and next week, I will be gone on a couple different family trips so the truck will not be out and about. After I return, we will take a look at the weather situation, our staff availability, and our inventory and I will make decisions about any future events before we close for the season. Stay tuned as we will announce everything on Facebook!

It has been a fun, crazy season and I’m not looking forward to it ending, but I promise at least one more event before we put the truck to bed for the winter. We do plan to be in the Aberdeen Downtown Association's Parade of Lights again this year!! Stay tuned for details on that event!

The rain has finally stopped, the sun is trying to peek out, and we are ready to open at 1 o’clock today at the Northern State University Grub Truck Pregame Party. We will be open from one to 5:30 PM. Be sure to stop by even if you aren’t heading to the game. Our friends from Shagan Pit and Krazy Moos are also here to serve up some delicious food!! Go WOLVES!!

A couple of returning flavors and a couple of brand new flavors for the weekend!! We only have one tub of each, so if you want your chance to try any of them, come and see us tomorrow as I am guessing they will sell quickly!

Up first, we have Cherry Nut, a returning flavor! Bordeaux cherries and roasted mixed nuts in cherry flavored ice cream... how could it be nothing but delicious!

Up next is Butter Brickle, a classic, featuring toffee chips in butter flavored ice cream.

On to our new flavors. First is Churro Chata, which is cinnamon flavored ice cream with churro pieces and caramel swirls. Such a warm delicious fall flavor!

And finally, we have French Silk Pie, one of my definite new favorites! French silk chocolate ice cream with ribbons of marshmallow and chocolate flakes.

And be sure to check out the adorable little football ice cream cups that we ordered in for tomorrow!!

ICYMI we are ready for the 2nd Annual Game Day Grub Trucks event at Northern State Football tomorrow (Oct. 3) in the Premier Tailgate Lot of Dacotah Bank Stadium. Food sales open at 1 pm and close at 5:30 pm prior to the 6 pm kickoff versus Bemidji State!!

Open to the public!! Bring a friend and enjoy some items from the grill, barbeque, or a sweet treat thanks to our participating trucks Krazy Moos, Shagan Pit BBQ, & 605 Scoops!

Happiest of birthdays to the one who started it all - our owner and founder, Robin! She really does do everything, from ordering ice cream and communicating with businesses/event coordinators to spending countless early mornings and late nights making sure the truck is ready to go, and that’s only the tip of the ice(cream)berg. 💜🍨
