FERMENTED FOODS:
Fermented foods are popular world wide and are linked to various health benefits, including improved digestion and immunity.
Fermentation is an ancient technique for preserving food. This process is still used today to produce foods and beverages like Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Miso, Olives, Sourdough bread, Cheese, Yoghurt (Amakamo), Beer, Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Wine ( e.g. banana wine) Fermented Sorghum Porridge (e.g. Enturure), Kombucha, Beet Kvass. These fermented foods are rich in probiotics and other food nutrients.
