Кабачковые рулетики
Ингредиенты:
кабачок
колбасный сыр
чеснок
грецкий орех
майонез
Приготовление:
1. Кабачки порезать на полоски, посолить и обжарить
2. Готовим начинку: прикопченный колбасный сыр натереть на крупной тёрке + чеснок через пресс + измельченный обжаренный грецкий орех + майонез . Свернуть рулетиками .
