ABOUT THE JOB HOLDER:
The ideal candidate must have passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with customers and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant.
He/she should be a natural leader, who will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
JOB PURPOSE:
To efficiently and effectively design, develop, plan, organize, instruct, manage, monitor and control safe and quality food and beverages preparation, preserving and
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
2. Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling and hygiene standards.
3. Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.
4. Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies.
5. Match all cashier collections against the POS closing report to determine cash overages and shortages.
6. Collaborate with Chefs to develop appetizing MENUS.
7. Prepares & submit operations reports.
8. Achieve restaurant profitability goals.
9. Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic & courteous manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1β’ Diploma in Hotel Management
2β’ Two years of full-service in a Hotel/Restaurant management position
3β’ Strong Supervisory & leadership skills with a focus on customer service
4β’ Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
5β’ Good computer knowledge to work on restaurant accounting systems & softwares
6β’ Confident ability to communicate in English
