Meet our next vendor — Chef Kim from BASIL!
If you’ve been on Zanzibar and haven’t met Kim… it probably means you only stayed at the airport 😄

Kim is originally from Vietnam, runs BASIL with her modern Asian fusion magic, and somehow also manages a café and a few other projects on the side. We’re not sure how — we suspect she can be in three places at once.

Always smiling, always full of energy, she knows everyone on the island and can connect you with anyone. She’ll talk to you about food, business, life — even about where to find the best coconut at 7 AM.

She’s back at the Food Night Market, ready to serve comfort food with an Asian soul.
It’s going to be tasty. It’s going to be loud. It’s going to be Kim 💛
