Tomorrow 5th September Oscar's is launched opening for breakfast downstairs from 8am Monday-Saturday. The Bistro will be open from noon until 9pm Monday - Saturday. Karibuni

The breakfast menu will include;

Filled croissants
English crumpets
Summer porrige
Smoothies
Milkshakes
Tea & coffee

A special announcement......

Today is the final day of GouRmet as we know it. We've been working on some exciting changes and are pleased to announce we're increasing our opening hours and will now be serving breakfast and lunch, as well as supper from Monday to Saturday. We've created a fabulous new tasty and affordable menu offering a selection of breakfast snacks, light meals and grills in addition to our traditional bistro favourites, and daily specials. From Tuesday 5th September breakfast snacks will be available downstairs 8am to 11.30am. Lunch and dinner on the upper level from 12 noon to 9pm.

And most exciting of all we have chosen a new name for our bistro to compliment our friendly relaxed setting and style ... we look forward to welcoming you to Oscar's for tasty food cooked with a passion for quality and flavour!

Hello,

we've been working on some new ideas which we'll tell you about soon, but in the meantime we have a new menu that will run through to the end of August, with in addition a selection of various special dishes making an appearance each week. Our new menu to end of August includes.......

appetizers

chicken satay

chilli crab tortellini (fresh pasta)

chicken empanades

pumpkin & artichoke heart tortellini (fresh pasta)

main courses

braised beef fillet in red wine

chicken breast, aubergine & tomatoes, roasted and finished with parmesan

honey glazed grilled chicken breast

beef or chicken stir-fry with egg noodles and oyster & hoisin sauces

chicken, broccoli and roasted tomatoes with fresh fettuccini pasta

fish parcel.....grouper or sole with mediterranean vegetables and herbs baked in parchment paper
