To deliver the highest quality coffee to the international market, an effective ecosystem must exist close to the farmers one that adds tangible value and enables immediate, actionable feedback from consumers.

​It was an honor to host & explore potentialas with a delegation led by H.E. Giuseppe Sean Coppola, the Italian Ambassador to Tanzania, Along side:

​Dr. Alessandro Bucci (Representative of illycaffè S.p.A. and the Ernesto Illy Foundation)

​Paolo Razzini from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation,

​Academics from the University of Trieste,

​And Leadership from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region.

​The delegation was in Mbeya for the launch of the "Towards the Next Generation of Sustainable Quality Coffee Producers in Southern Tanzania" project, in partnership with the Mbeya, Songwe, and Ruvuma regions.
