9/25,CAJU 變身成了一晚期間限定的風味實驗室。
來自 .dip_tw 的客座現場,由 和 打造的一場視覺與味覺的雙重衝擊。
液態氮氣升起的白煙、奶昔般綿密滑順的酒體,那些打破想像的裝飾小物 —— DIP 將不同分子的手法帶進入杯中,讓原本熟悉的調酒,變換成另一種我們從未見過的有趣樣貌。
看著吧台前大家驚訝的眼神與快門聲,那是對創意的最直接致敬。

On 9/25, CAJU transformed into a one-night-only sensory laboratory.
The guest shift featuring .dip_tw was a full-blown impact on both sight and taste. From the swirling clouds of liquid nitrogen to the silky, milkshake-like textures, and those imaginative garnishes that defied expectations—DIP brought molecular techniques into the glass, reinventing familiar cocktails into something entirely new and fascinating.
Watching the sparks of curiosity in everyone‘s eyes and hearing the constant click of cameras was the ultimate tribute to their creativity. Each drink wasn’t just a cocktail; it was a piece of 3D art, sparking a avant-garde and playful energy right here in Banqiao.
