Why SALT&STONE?
The literal answer: salt drives our flavor, and stone is how we mill our flour and bake our pizzas.

The real answer: it’s about small, basic elements combining to build something much stronger. Between the full-service bakery, the fresh pasta production, the kitchen line, and our team, we’re essentially running a multi-faceted flavor factory with one goal—creating the perfect environment to entertain and make memories.
