Pal Momo（萌々）in pal coffee.
She’s from the lovely city of Fukuoka, Japan —
home of some of the best ramen and yakitori.
If you ever visit, you absolutely have to try them.

She’s running the Peacemaker Project, .project
a beautiful world education camp connecting people through culture and learning.

Here in Toucheng, she’s collaborating with .fishstudio Gold Fish on regional revitalization projects.
This September, they’ll also bring local elementary school students together for a cultural exchange program between Taiwan and Japan. So cool — welcomeeeee ✨

From Okayama, now living in Tokyo!!
This time she came to Taiwan for a little 3-day trip.
She loves dancing, making coffee, and drawing —
each one is not just a hobby, but part of her life.

Sometimes life feels a little uncertain.
But anyway, we hope you’ll find your own way.

Hi pals Jesy and Jack at Pal Coffee ☕️
They’re from the US and are currently on an Asia trip!!
They’ll be spending a couple of days in Taiwan, the Philippines, and Tokyo, Japan. 🇹🇼🇵🇭🇯🇵
They already tried Din Tai Fung soup dumplings in the US, but I told them they taste even better in Taiwan of course haha 😆
They also really love Taiwanese braised pork rice 滷肉飯!
Hope you guys enjoy Taiwan and have an amazing trip around Asia ✌🏾
If anyone knows some great places to visit in the Philippines or Tokyo, feel free to leave some recommendations for them!

Hello pals!! Wow Rush rush rush holiday😂☕️
So many coffee lovers at pal coffee today.
Couldn’t talk too much, but I think Cecile with friends they were from the US — super lovely people.
The happiest thing is that we’ve all been through similar cultures and experiences somehow,
so we could all feel the same good coffee vibes and warm feelings together.
That’s exactly why I always recommend doing a working holiday visa!! 🌏✨
And the other cute couple from Yilan… seriously so adorable 😂「勁可愛」
Everyone looked so happy, and that made me happy too!!

氣味

一早醒來的第一口呼吸，
總會不自覺地確認空氣的樣子——
是帶著陽光溫度的氣味，
還是雨天微濕的氣息。
用身體的五感，細細感受環境的變化。

戶外偶然飄來的煙味，
或是走進廁所那一瞬間的氣息，
空間裡每一種味道，
都悄悄影響著心情。
因此來訪的客人會發現，
我們在廁所放置了 24 小時運作的除濕機，
也在空間與角落點上線香，
讓氣味維持在舒服的平衡裡。

工作時，
研磨咖啡後散開的香氣，
熱水注入咖啡粉的那一瞬間，
還有烤蔬菜、培根與各種食材的氣味，
彼此交織，與空間靜靜呼應。

在私領域的時刻，
我們同樣喜歡點上一縷線香，
讓香氣與音樂慢慢流動，
調整心緒，迎接每一天的日常。

這次很開心，
透過南方澳的朋友 ，
認識了「30select 」所選的線香與聖木。
